"Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee"(NYSE:SLE)

Talk about Sara Lee,it's about their flagship grocery brand "Cheesecake".The company's old slogan "Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee" but lately there some suitors who like to get married to Sara Lee.
Sara Lee Corporation (NYSE: SLE) is a global consumer-goods company based in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA .It has operations in more than 40 countries and sells its products in over 180 nations worldwide. Its international operations are headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
They are a major supplier of food and beverages as well as household and body care.
If you like Hillshire Farm sausages,that's their house brand and the famous Ball Park Franks hotdogs.Not forgetting is Sara Lee's Sunbeam Bread which is a franchised brand of white bread, rolls, and other baked goods owned by the Quality Bakers of America cooperative.
To quench your thirst have a cup of Caboclo or Butter nut Cappuccino.
The "KIWI" brand shoe polish has been here in South East Asia since colonial rule time.

The Sao Paulo-based JBS SA says Wesley Batista has been appointed to the post by his brother and predecessor, Joesley, who will remain chairman of the board.
The shuffle was announced by the company Tuesday in a statement. It comes after recent reports of JBS' failure to close a deal to buy U.S.-based Sara Lee Corp.
Well a minor failure but the heat is still on to launch another takeover bid.
Disposal
On November 9, 2010, Sara Lee announced that it had signed an agreement to sell its North American Fresh Bakery operations to Grupo Bimbo for $959 million (which includes the assumption of $34 million of existing indebtedness). This transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory clearances, is anticipated to close during the first half of calendar year 2011.
Sara Lee also completed the spin off of its Branded Apparel Americas/Asia businesses into an independent public company called “Hanesbrands Inc.” The spin off was completed on September 5, 2006, after the end of fiscal year 2006.

1) North American Retail Meats sells a variety of packaged meat products to retail customers in North America. Products include hot dogs and corn dogs, breakfast sausages and sandwiches, smoked and dinner sausages, premium deli and luncheon meats, bacon, meat snacks, cooked and dry hams, bread, buns, bagels, rolls, muffins, specialty bread, refrigerated dough, frozen pies, cakes, cheesecakes, roast, ground and liquid coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and a variety of sauces, dressings and condiments.
4) International Beverage sells coffee and tea products in major markets around the world, including Europe, Australia and Brazil. In Europe, some of the more prominent brands are Douwe Egberts, Senseo, Maison du Cafe, Marcilla, Merrild and Pickwick. In South America, significant brands include Café do Ponto, Cafe Caboclo, Uniao and Cafe Pilao.
International Bakery sells a variety of bakery and dough products to retail and foodservice customers in Europe and Australia. Products include a variety of bread, buns, rolls, specialty bread, refrigerated dough, frozen desserts and ice cream. The major brands under which International Bakery sells its products include Bimbo, CroustiPate, Ortiz, BonGateaux and Sara Lee.
5) Household and Body Care sells products in four primary categories: body care, air care, shoe care and insecticides. Body care consists of soaps, shampoos, bath and shower products, deodorants, shaving creams and toothpastes, which are sold primarily in Europe under brands such as Sanex, Duschdas, Radox, Monsavon and Prodent.
6) Branded Apparel designs, manufactures, sources and sells a broad range of apparel essentials such as t-shirts, bras, panties, men’s underwear, kids’ underwear, socks, hosiery, casualwear and activewear. Branded Apparel’s principal brands include Hanes, Champion, Playtex, Bali, Just My Size, barely there and Wonderbra.

Seems that they are undergoing restructuring,transformation,consolidation and reorganizing plans.
Downers Grove-based Sara Lee Corp. saw its stock soar to a 52-week high on Monday, thanks to widespread speculation the company is on the block or will split into two pieces.

January's candlestick is like a graveyard doji with its shaded body covering part of last December.It has been four solid days of sell down and quite close to the Main support line.Any thing below this is an aggressive buy.
Current price is a speculative buy wherein any retracement will be till a quarter part of the long upper shadow.
Since the projected exercise can be completed by first half year ,your patience in order to make money is being tested.

10:30am:--After an hour's trading no sign of opening gap being filled.Sentiment is being boosted by a stronger-than-expected ISM [Institute for Supply Management] data.
11:30am:--Hitting another hourly high.United Parcel Inc better than expected quarterly report is delivering the current strength.
12:30noon:--A consolidation time for lunch break met with another spinning high.
1:30pm:--Hoovering at a new high supported by news of improving manufacturing data from both China and the United States.The recession is over.
2:30pm:--A slight pullback but near high.It's already 3/4 of the day's trading session and it's a confirmed bull rally.
3:30pm:--Mild intermittent profit-taking.
4:00pm:--Investors are setting aside the irrelevant geopolitical tremors in the Middle East.
Bearish engulfing candlestick closing.Profit taking follow through.
The Dow made a big leap on this mid-first quarter month after hammering on January's month end.
The last time the market makers made a pullback was last November followed by an ascending wave.Two months later in January another dip was made and a new wave is to be formed again.
The Dow has surpassed the psychologically significant 12,000 line but Dow futures is still below this line.
This tremendous one day push is to cushion any impending bad news that might come along the way.
